Georgia reflects on her career, why she obtained a leadership PhD from LLU Riverside (to give her a necessary skillset for boardroom and leadership work), her leadership at the Loma Linda University Church, concerns with authoritarianism in the local congregation, and her experience as a long-time LLUC head elder/board chair. She actively participated in the movement supporting women in ministry as a LLU Church leader
